| Pierre Sparr has bee a family run winery and estate vineyard for nine generations. Located in the heart of the Alsace, Sparr owns 34 hectares (75 acres), including 3 outstanding Grands Crus, but grapes are also purchased from an additional 150 hectares (330 acres), under a strict quality control with other growers. While not a small operation, Sparr produces some wonderful Alsacian wine. They are great with a wide variety of food. If you’re a fan of Alsace wine this is not a tasting to miss and if you’ve never tried them it is a good chance to find out what you’ve been missing. Join us this Saturday and check them out.
